I believe we have had our fill of super religous words and incredible sermons only to hear that the Pastor/Reverend/Preacher/whatever has been linked to pornography/stealing/etc.

I have been reading the book on passing the baton by Angus Buchan. In the past I have been invited to join the Mighty Men conferences held on his farm Shalom in Kwazulu Natal but have never felt free to attend. I suppose I have attended too many conferences in the past and now have no desire but…
Angus talks about mentorring and this has been a long standing desire for myself. Who are we “showing” the way and what are we “showing” them?
Note I said show and not tell!
We talk too easy while our personal lives are in a mess without any attempt to rectify and follow the biblical prescribed “rules” for living. Yes I know we sin and will always sin but that does not mean that we are unable to put Godly people around us to fight the fight! The excuse of sin is to me a declaration that I am not willing to fight the fight. I encourage you to run the race to the end and do not allow our latest round of thinking to deviate us from that path. In love run the race and be blessed.
