Trajan (AD 98 – 117) was a Roman Emperor in the time of Nerva, Hadrian, and the two Antonines. The relatively peaceful reign of Nerva was short-lived when Trajan took the throne. Trajan was a neurotic fearful person and had a deep fear of secret societies which were common place with the Heretics, Pagans and many other Gnostic groups vying for power. Da Vinci Code Confusion

22 11 2007

heretics.jpgDan Brown was completely confused in his writings on the early history of Christianity. Nero

nero1.jpgIn Acts 24 it speaks of Paul being taken in front of the Governor Felix by Ananias, the high priest and Tertullus which the Bible says was a gifted speaker. It was a statement of scorn! History shows Agrippa as a man without morals.   Read the rest of this entry »

13 11 2007

In the town of Smyrna, Asia Minor a true believer by the name of Polycarp led the Christian believers. The local Pagan priests were concerned as, “The Christians make a laughing stock of us as we can hardly assemble a handful at our temples”! The complaints continued that it was not only the converted Christians who were staying away, but even those not yet converted are “wondering about the powers of our Gods and whether our idols are fake!”   Read the rest of this entry »

Are you looking for real love?

13 11 2007

ons-troue-610.jpg

To answer this question one must first define “real love”! The fact that it is called “real” love indicates there must also be something which is not real! What is not real love then?

False love is any activity that has a benefit to the one giving “love”. This is over simplifying but in the space for a blog we cannot go into detail!  What I mean is that if you give something like a gift to someone you care about with the expectation that they will respond in any specific manner, that is not true love! You will argue that you simply expect certain courtesies! Yes I know, but the fact that you initiate an action with a certain expectation makes it manipulation and not love.   Read the rest of this entry »
