The bible speaks in a number of areas about the desire and making of a God of Mamon or money or wealth. I do not believe it is the obtaining of wealth that is a problem as we know that Abraham was extremely wealthy as was Solomon and a number of other great me in the Bible. Medunsa (Medical University of South Africa) is the training ground for all medical practices with over 2000 students! Medunsa is situated in the old homeland area of Ga Rankuwa and is therefore rather plonked in the middle of nowhere so all the students are starved for something to do!
We have started a group with the prime purpose of having some fun.
The interest rate has just been increased by 500 basis points for the third time in so many months and numerous Government officials have been accused of illegal behaviour. We have Mayors of towns arranging hitmen to kill opposition and the firing of the vice-Minister of Health for caring enough about her portfolio and investigating the reason more than 200 babies have died at the Frere Hospital.
We read in the bible that as David was on his roof he looked down and noticed a young lady preparing for her bath. He did not avert his eyes and in fact went down and enterred into adultery with her.
In fear that he will be caught out and have to pay for this indiscretion he sends the husband to war and to be in the front line with a certainty of death. So he compounds adultery with murder. What strikes me is that he had a number of other wives and concubines so it was not that he was not getting any sex as that seems to be the reason all this happened!
Only for young folks in the Pretoria area!!!

Today it seems that everyone has an opinion on the Word. Not only do they have an opinion but they also “deduct” what is meant from those opinions.
Recently I have had some comments on my blog by those with other views than myself, and of course, it has to do with my religous views or better put, my views on Jesus. Rather than just accept what they have to say I thought I would give my view.
When starting this blog I have agreed with myself that all views will be allowed and no censorring…except for language that is uncalled for and rude.
It is strange how many restrictions there are to our living our life with the foot full down on the pedal. We would like to, I know and often we do a short bursts but how many of us do and what are the restrictions
